Here at Richmond Industries, we have many modern presses, some equipped with cushions. Press capacities range from 22 to 400 tons, with a maximum stroke of 11 inches. We handle a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals from .006 to .500 thickness, and can draw to a depth of 5.5 inches. Close tolerances are routinely held. Pressroom equipment includes:
- 43 Presses including 275 ton with a bed capacity of 106 x 37 inches and 22 inch shut heights
- 17 Press Feeds including electronic servo roll feeds and air feeds; as well as cradles with stock strengtheners
- Coil Feeding equipment to .210 thickness, 24 inches wide and 6,000 pound capacity
- 1 Four-foot Shear - plus a variety of material handling equipment: lift trucks, lift table and scrap hoppers
- 2 Minister Dynamic System Presses
